Tom Gladbach, Executive Chef
Chef Tom Gladbach came to Bar Abilene from Tejas, where he was sous chef for two years.
Prior to Tejas and experience at smaller restaurants, Gladbach had a four-year
apprenticeship at Cornerstone Café in Columbia, Missouri
under Chef Tony Hudson.
Jim Cameron is the General
Manager for Bar Abilene. Jim has an extensive background which includes 8 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Jim's experience includes dining room manager at Bearpath Golf and Country Club, previous management at Bar Abilene and over 5 years with D'Amico and partners including Linguini and Bob's and Campiello.

Bar Abilene was conceived and developed by John Dayton, Wayne
Kostroski, and Mark Haugen, the principals of Cuisine Concepts, an umbrella
organization and operating company.
Cuisine Concepts also operates Goodfellow's
Restaurant, located in downtown Minneapolis, Tejas
Restaurant in Edina, the Franklin Street Bakery, a wholesale
bakery with a flagship retail store located in Marshall Field in
downtown Minneapolis, Tejas Express, located in Marshall Field's Skyroom
in downtown Minneapolis, and a restaurant management and consulting
